This is a picture of the “3”-levels of awareness.

The first is the ability to get into the state of awareness that we call “dreaming.

Dreaming is the state in which you’re aware that you’re dreaming and you don’t have to be fully awake. It’s the state where you’re a blank slate. You don’t have to have a memory or experience anything in your previous life to be a dreamer.

Dreaming is what we call the “third state of awareness”. The 2nd state of awareness is what we call deep sleep. But while dreaming you are still aware, you dont experience that you are dreaming. So youre still aware of what youre dreaming. So this is the state of awareness that we call “third state of awareness”.

In this third state of awareness, we are aware of what we are dreaming, but we don’t have to have a memory of it. So you dont have to be fully awake, you can be asleep but you are still conscious. So youre not fully awake but you are conscious of what you are dreaming. So your awareness is still in the third state of awareness.

In this third state of awareness you are aware of what you are dreaming, but you dont have to be fully awake, you can be asleep but you are still conscious. So your awareness is still in the third state of awareness, and youre still also aware that what you are dreaming is happening. So you are still aware that you are dreaming, but you dont have to be awake to be aware of what you are dreaming. So you are still aware.

Dreams have been known to be a very potent way of learning new things, but a third state of awareness is not the same as dreaming. Dreams are the result of the brain processing a traumatic event, and the brain then goes through the same sequence of thoughts and emotions, but in a more abstract form.

You’re aware you are dreaming, but you have other awareness too. This is known as a hypnagogic state, where you are awake and dreaming at the same time. In this state, you can still do many of these things, but you can’t really see where you are. In other words, you can still remember things, but you don’t really know why you are doing them.

In hypnagogic states, you can see that youre dreaming, and you can hear sounds, but you cant remember what youre sensing, where things are, or why they are in this state. There are also parts in which you do not recognize yourself, and thus don’t recognize you in the dream.

For instance, you may be able to recognize your body in the dream, but your brain is not aware of it. These states are called hypnagogic states.
